Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned. A single product purchased as part of a kit cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee

All returns, except those involving damaged or flawed items, are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Before returning any items, you must communicate with our support team via our Contact Page to initiate the return process. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our support team. Ensure that you retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

  4. Inspection and Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the specified conditions. If the product does not meet the return criteria (unused, unopened, and in original packaging), we reserve the right to deny the refund. If the item is deemed eligible, we will process your refund, minus any applicable restocking fees. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Flawed Items

If you receive a damaged or flawed item, please contact our support team immediately via our Contact Page. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
